Starting with Windows 8, Microsoft spent a lot of time and resources turning their old security platform Microsoft Security Essentials into a full-fledged antivirus suite, and renamed the application Windows Defender. My preferred AV - at home I currently only run Windows Defender. If not, you can use the instructions below to uninstall it. Since you're not currently experiencing issues with conflicting applications, you may choose to keep AVAST if you wish. With that said, while going over your logs, I noticed you have multiple security products installed. I would say that the detection that AVAST is reporting is indeed a false positive, and shouldn't be anything to worry about.
